Founder

Courtney Jaeckle, MA, LPC, is the founder of Divine Path Ranch, where she combines her professional experience in mental health counseling with her faith in Christ to create meaningful opportunities for healing, growth, and connection. Through her leadership, Courtney is passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental health while providing compassionate, faith-informed support to individuals, children, and families within the community.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Supervisor, Courtney is dedicated to integrating clinical knowledge, experiential approaches, and spiritual principles in ways that encourage hope, resilience, and lasting change. Her vision for Divine Path Ranch reflects a deep commitment to serving others through authentic relationships, restorative care, and compassionate support.

Outside of her professional work, Courtney is deeply devoted to her husband and four children and treasures spending quality time with family and friends. She finds peace and inspiration in nature, often enjoying the outdoors, reading, and reflecting on the beauty of God’s creation. Courtney’s heart for helping others experience healing and transformation continues to guide both her personal life and the mission of Divine Path Ranch.

Michael serves as Co-Founder and a member of the Board of Directors of Divine Path Ranch, providing hands-on leadership, practical support, and a strong commitment to the ranch’s mission.

He brings a diverse skill set and a servant-hearted approach, contributing to the day-to-day needs of the ranch with a focus on stewardship, maintenance, and creating a safe, functional environment for clients and animals.

Michael is known for his willingness to serve wherever needed, offering support through outdoor work, welding, and general ranch operations. His leadership reflects reliability, adaptability, and a dedication to supporting both the ranch team and the families it serves.

Michael’s leadership is grounded in his faith and commitment to family. He is a devoted husband and father of four and values living out his faith through service, integrity, and care for others.

Casey Brookshire
Casey Brookshire
Board President

Casey serves as Board President of Divine Path Ranch, providing leadership, operational insight, and strategic guidance in support of the ranch’s mission and long-term sustainability.

He brings extensive experience in facilities management across both nonprofit and for-profit organizations, with a strong background in overseeing operations, maintenance, safety, security, fleet management, and project coordination.

Throughout his career, Casey has demonstrated a proven ability to lead complex facility operations while developing practical solutions that improve functionality, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness. He is skilled in strategic planning, team leadership, and building collaborative relationships that help organizations achieve shared goals.

Casey is passionate about family, building strong marriages, and personal growth. He and his wife currently lead ReEngage through their local church, where they have the opportunity to walk alongside couples and support healthy, thriving marriages. His steady leadership, servant-hearted approach, and commitment to responsible stewardship continue to play an important role in advancing the mission and growth of Divine Path Ranch.

Garrett Barkley

Board Treasurer

Garrett serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of Divine Path Ranch, bringing strong operational knowledge, leadership experience, and a heart for serving others.

He is passionate about mentoring the next generation and values the importance of family, community connection, and creating environments where individuals can grow and thrive.

Professionally, Garrett brings experience in commercial services, facilities operations, and real estate. He has worked alongside restaurant groups, hospitality operators, commercial property managers, and business leaders to support facility operations, project coordination, preventive maintenance planning, and long-term client relationships grounded in reliability, responsiveness, and practical problem-solving.

Garrett’s leadership at Divine Path Ranch reflects his commitment to stewardship, teamwork, and servant leadership. His dedication to supporting individuals, families, and the broader community helps strengthen both the operational and relational foundation of the organization.

Consuelo Moore
Consuelo Moore
Secretary

Consuelo serves on the Board of Directors of Divine Path Ranch as Secretary, supporting faithful governance, ethical oversight, and organizational accountability in service of the ranch’s mission.

She brings more than a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, community education, and faith-informed service, with a focus on creating safe, well-structured environments where individuals and families can heal and grow.

Consuelo is nationally and locally certified through the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and has extensive experience supporting individuals and families navigating trauma, transition, and recovery through education, encouragement, and resource-based support.

As the spouse of a U.S. Army combat veteran and a member of a multigenerational military family, her leadership is grounded in lived experience, compassionate stewardship, and a deep respect for service and sacrifice.

Pastor Wayne Slay
Pastor Wayne Slay
Board Member

Wayne serves on the Board of Directors of Divine Path Ranch, providing spiritual leadership and pastoral insight in support of the ranch’s mission.

He brings more than 50 years of ministry experience, with a longstanding focus on strengthening marriages, supporting families, and fostering faith-centered communities that promote healing and growth.

Wayne is a certified Mental Health Coach through the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) and has extensive training in marriage and family ministry. He has also led mission efforts across the United States and internationally.

Wayne’s leadership is grounded in a lifelong commitment to faith, family, and service. He and his wife, Linda, have been married for more than 42 years and are the parents of three grown children and nine grandchildren.

Sherrie Pollard
Board Member

Sherrie serves on the Board of Directors of Divine Path Ranch, offering compassionate leadership and a deep commitment to serving others in support of the ranch’s mission.

She is known for her lifelong dedication to caring for those around her, consistently reflecting a spirit of service, encouragement, and faith within her community.

Sherrie shared more than 55 years of marriage with her late husband, David Pollard, a relationship that reflected enduring love, devotion, and faithfulness. She continues to embody those values through her daily life, uplifting others with kindness and grace.

As a mother of four, Sherrie treasures her role as a nana and great-nana, finding joy in her family and investing in meaningful relationships within her community. Her leadership is grounded in compassion, faith, and a genuine desire to reflect the love of Christ through service to others.
